You are welcome. ^^ so all we need to find is a dress with puffy sleeves. Length doesn't matter because it can be altered and hemmed. Same with the split, that can be done easily.

That could work for the sleeve, together with another pattern perhaps. The dress itself is more like a jacket in the middle, since it buttons all the way down. Then a white petticoat under that. So we should try to find a jacket-like pattern with an upturned neck. The upturned neck can be altered to be the white piece of the dress, we can replace the sleeves in the pattern with the puffy/straight combo, and then make the cuffs and sew them on.

I feel like a failed leader. I'm sorry I can't help you on this! I haven't any sewing experience and don't know the uniforms well enough yet.

yeah, I was thinking of something like that.
btw, petticoats are fairly simple to make correct? I never made one and I dun have a pattern for one yet, so I'm not sure.

I'm planning on bringing my portable sewing machine and some needle and thread and show some basic stuff I learned on my own. Others will be there I"m sure to correct anything I discovered wrong ^_^*

We should set up a day for everyone to meet and discuss what we are going to do, help eachother find fabric, and teach how to sew and stuff.

Petticoats really are. XD Make a white skirt and sew netting underneath it. That's it.

it would be difficult to get every member to be able to meet as so many are outside the portland area or just super busy.
it may be best have bunch of little meetings of whenever a small part of the group are able to meet.

I figured it would be really simple to make then, but I didn't want to have a presumation that I would regret....

Remember to sew the netting on at the top of the petticoat rather then the middle, because then you don't have a seam in the middle of it. Unless you plan to make two skirts, sew the netting into the lower part of one, sew the second skirt to the first, and then wear it. But that's getting ahead of ourselves. XDD
