Speaking of which, how was everyone's 4th of July?

Mine was pretty fun, there was a block party where we pooled together all our fireworks, it was pretty cool. I got to light a bunch, which was awesome.

I was alone, no friends, no family, and especially no boyfriend. That fact depressed me a bit, and then it went from there... so I got on the computer and looked at pictures of my epic eyeball. XD because my eye color is really beautiful and they're one of the few things i like about myself completely, so it helped.

I also think my eyes are my best feature. Mine are grey, but change colors from blue and green depending on what I'm wearing.^^

Also, I'm going to be gone for the next four days, most likely, camping. I'll see if I can get online, but the odds are slim.Dx

NAGISA GRIPE MODE, ACTIVATE!

Here it is; I didn't get my paycheck for the first week of working. You know, the week after our get together. It didn't get paid for that week like I should have, so viola! No cosplay progress because fabric is needed. I spent the weekend at my friend's house, thus missed the meeting. The next week(last week) got no pay either; still haven't gotten the first week's paycheck! >.< Now it's nearly the end of the third week of my four week work experience/job thingy and... and... THEY JUST PRINTED THE GODDAMN CHECKS TODAY! I GET THEM TOMORROW, HAND-DELIEVERED TO MAKE UP FOR LATENESS! I'm making a list as we speak of exactly everything I need cosplay wise for Yuna, Nagisa, and my friend's FFX Shiva. Right after work tomorrow I'm taking the bus to JoAnn's at East Port Plaza and getting everything. Because of the lateness, I'm getting paid for two weeks instead of one; so it's 500 dollars, far more then enough for what I need and KCon registration; even for the hotel room cut if I can't find a house nearby to crash at. I know how to work the system at JoAnn's fairly well. Remember Garnet? 60 exactly for everything but the wig.Yay for coupon's! Oh, and I still haven't forgotten how I said I'd make a WallMarket Cloud for... I think it was Zach of the Anime Hunters?

Anyway... more griping! I need that money to get Sony Vegas so I can finish my AMVs for con. Four of them. Resident Evil, Final Fantasy VII, Noein, and either FFIX or FMA. Haven't start them because I don't have the program yet(I want to use something better then WMM this year). The catch? THE DEADLINE IS NEXT WEEK FRIDAY!!! >.< Talk about pressure.

GRIPE MODE OVER

As for July 4th, I was at my best friend Emilie's house, like every year. ^^ If anyone recognizes her, she was the Oikachu summon of Garnet's(mine) at last con's Cosplay Chess. This year she'll be the Shiva to my Yuna. ^^ Oh, what's the gmail account I hear of? Someone wanna e-mail me? Does it have the script there too, because I want to re-read it. Well, I'm going to look back over the last few pages and try to remember what else I meant to type but forgot.

Found it! I like the idea of a Tamao and Shizuma stand-off... but what if we add an old western duel into it? Turning, walking ten paces, the whole bit... except have a ridiculous weapon. ^^

I've been rather busy with work and haven't really had time to sit down and work on the skit recently, which bothers me.

Finally got the check and when and bought nearly everything for Nagisa. Also got my first debit card! Yay! >.<

Simplicity 2566 is what I used. The only alteration needed are raising the collar a bit and adding sleeves, which are easy.

OH HEY I think I found out the thing about the Miator collars
You guys should use the no fray spray =w= cut out the shapes with Exacto knife probably and spray it...
donno if it'll actually work but it's an idea XD

No fray spray? I was thinking of brush(VERY LIGHTLY) elmer's or fabric glue onto the edge to keep it. Or singe it. Maybe both. ^^;; ah hell, I dunno. Yuna's Tiara's pretty, though! ^^;;

Oh, I think it'd be a smart idea for everyone to PM me their cell numbers, so I can put them on a document file on the website. It'll sorta be like the CaoP address book. XD This way everyone has access to everyone's number in case we need to get a hold of someone.

To access the group email's documents... I'm pretty sure you have to be able to log in...Since I'm pretty sure they're not for public viewing purposes. But I'm not sure how gmail works.

but we do need some form of an address book to keep track of everyone's emails and cell numbers IMO.
