* Script - within a week.
* The form should be turned in right after that. (K-Rock, can you do this?)
* Rehearsal irl with props to get timing should be done by the next week or so, everybody should mostly know their lines.
* Then the recording should be completed a few days after that.
* Another rehearsal needs to be done, with the recording.

Mostly we'll work on this when I get back. Try to learn the algorithm march (solo). Maybe write your personal introduction.
Dedicate a website intro person ("Hey, we're so cool we've even got a website! There are bio pages if you want to know more about the group members, and we're going to have pictures from all the cosplay that we do up there.") - we might give buttons to audience members who have visited the site.
Dedicate a future plans person ("Sup, we're cosplaying from Shugo Chara next year. Also in addition to just doing things at Kumoricon, like our skit and panel this year, we also want to make videos and stuff.")
Etoile contest - audience votes after every round, some contestants continue, some get out. possible rounds: dance section, pair with audience member; push-ups; obstacle course, with possible audience participation; persuasive speech.
The cosplay contest is supposed to start at 6:00 pm... we want our panel after the cosplay contest.

- We should have it Monday after everyone's done with con activities.
- Some people have plans to go to cosplay chess; I have the dance contest...
- All convention activities except for closing ceremonies end at 4:00, and the closing ceremonies end at 5:00 ( they start at 3:00).
- Does anybody have a dire need to go to the closing ceremonies? If you don't it makes things a million times easier because then we could start our photoshoot at 3:00 or even earlier if there's nothing else that anybody wants to go to at the con.
- I have to leave by 6:00 (3-4 hour drive back home, my bro has school the next day) so starting the photoshoot after closing ceremonies doesn't leave me with much time, but if we start earlier there's time.
- Please discuss and set a time for the photoshoot.
- We need to set some location/s for the shoot.

Ahhh... I'm a bit frazzled right now. I'm kinda worried for you guys while I am away, considering this meeting's attendance. I really don't want our skit to be crap and neither do you, so please take initiative and do what needs to be done. Time is precious and cannot afford to be wasted. Get those two meetings planned! Know your lines! Keep in contact with each other! Check the thread! Make sure the online Sunday meetings happen unless you're meeting irl at that very moment! Be awesome, and take care of yourselves~
