MEETING NOTES
- We had more people than the last few times. Dana, KFC, Shay, Sugarlat, Seraph, Naru, and me.
- Panel forms available - prompted panel discussion.
- Keep in character the whole time?
- Chara swap skit?
- Time for more organization and enforcement of the rules.

The lack of attendance and notification has become a problem again, and in all the things we should be doing as a cosplay group we have failed, except for running panels. I said this at the meeting, but I want to make videos, do skits, and get pro-looking pictures of us together in our cosplay. So far we haven't done any of that, and we should be able to. We need to overcome the distance and work to get stuff done!~

That being said, from today forth, the rules shall be enforced. Remember the discussion we had last year about it? It's happening.

MEETING NOTES
In Attendance: Dana, Naru, Seraph, Shay, Sugarlat, FullmetalApollo, Cassiopeia
- We're going to focus on getting a meet-up to happen! After we decide when and where, we're going to set plans for what we will do. We want to at least have a photoshoot, though should it be in cosplay (will everyone have their costumes by then?) or out of cosplay (so people can see what we actually look like)? Do we want to make a video then, and if yes what should we do? Etc, etc.
- Dana will be our photographer.
- We want to have a meeting before Sakura-Con. If it totally doesn't work out, at least before the summer.

Um, after discussing the matter with myself and one other, I've come to the conclusion that it might be best that I'm not part of CoaP.
I can't really come to most of the places that would be convinient for others, and I seem to be more of a limitation to the group then anything else.
I haven't contributed much, and I don't wanna be a burden.
Also, I don't want anyone to hate me completely because I'm quitting, even though I am flaking out on you guys, and I hope this decision doesn't mean we aren't friends? o.o
After the meeting we just had, this probably won't come as a shock to anyone anyway, but I think it's best that I quit.
I'm sorry, but good luck for your future.

I'M SO SORRY GUYS!!!

I completely ditz'd anything cosplay related while I was up in Washington... There was only one computer with internet access, and it was my friend's boyfriend's laptop, so if he said to get off, that meant getting off... Not to mention I was helping to take care of my nine month old god daughter half the time and was too busy to get online to check my mail let alone attend a meeting...

I'm sorry! I've just been full of excuses lately, but I've been trying to get my life in gear so I can finally get around to moving to Portland... Currently I'm back in Eugene because I didn't want to over stay my welcome with the friend I'd been staying with in Washington... I'd said it was just going to be until February, and I'd yet to find a job, and with February fast approaching I decided to come back...

I'm living with my friend and her family until her and I can get our own place, so I should be able to attend the meetings from now on... Again, I'm so sorry... It's just... It's been crazy...

Abcent Notices for Feb 10th. Feb 24th, Mar 10th, Mar 24th, apr 14, apr 28th, may12th, may 26th, jun 9th and jun 23rd.

That is the 2nd and 4th wed of the months, I have CLUB those days, which starts at 5pm, so can not make these days. I have SUCH on one sunday a month starting Feb 21st, but these should always end before the meetings so I won't mark them as abcent unless I know for sure near that time. Other then that I should never not be here.

I want to say a BIG sorry for not being around. Life, work (or lack of work stress rather) and an old forum I hang out in and son and FaceBook games has been making me not do things I should be doing. Like eating right and sleeping right and cleaning house and landry and CLUB and this forum. I WILL be at the meeting this 31st. I Will be going to SakuraCon. I may not be Nagi at it, it depends on how soon I get my W2, can file taxes, can get tax returns, if I get sakuracon roommates, and if I can order and get his outfit in time. I have the outfit I want to get bookmarked so I can get to it easy fast.

And depending on how mcuh I get back, I might hunt down all I need to do Nagi's "trap" outfit for Kumoricon. I desided to only focus on the CoaP cosplay I need so if I do more then just school outfit Nagi it will be other Nagi outfits. I also need to figure out how to get flat.. Been trying things, like multi sports bras and bandage wraps but not seeming to do it right. ><

Oh, and I still have info I need to talk about for KumoriCon Panel rules on one item. But will talk about in the meeting the 31st.

Oh, and skit, I saw in meeting notes, are we doing one? *would love to.*
