MEETING NOTES 6/06/2010
In attendance: Cassiopeia, Seraph, Korck, Amaya, Dana, KFC

Panel review
- Most of the questions for the quiz part are written.
- Panel will consist of the intro video, game part, quiz part, Q&A, and CakeoaP.
- The game part will have the name game, scenes from a hat, and maybe heads up seven up, party quirks, and freeze.
- Everything except Q&A is in character.
- We need prizes.
- We will have a photoshoot at the con. (Not at the panel.)
- Are we going to perform Kokoro no Tamago? It will be awesome in Shugo Chara cosplay.

Meetup planning
- I am too busy traveling in the summer. I am not to be taken into account for the planning of the meet.
- Seraph is driving.
- Either there'll be a CoaP roadtrip to Eugene and Seraph will drive everyone there and back, or Seraph can go to get Korck to bring her to Portland and then take her back and come back again.
- Scarlet is in S. Oregon until the 20th, then is busy from the 21st through the 2nd and is only then available weekends. She will not be available the week before the con.
- Late June for a meetup? The 26th or 27th?
- Everyone, please PM me your address. I already have Sam and Scarlet's.
- Sam and Scarlet are good with long road trips.

Other
- For the video, we're using the audio from this.
- To start off, I will need a picture of everyone in the same position in the frame. Then there will be a clip lasting 2 beats of each person, and then each person will get a 16 beat feature (about 9 seconds). Then the end will be a mix.
- Lots of random talk that doesn't need to be noted.

As there were only a couple people online, I didn't start a meeting yesterday though did get some input on the rl meet up.
Early July may not work as Dana may be recovering from Post Anime Con Syndrome.
Also, KFC is fine with the meet up as long as in the Portland area as she will be relying on Tri-Met to get around. She also prefers that the meet up takes place on a weekday rather then the weekend.
I should note that weekdays I have classes on weekdays with only Wednesday and Friday completely free.

I'm so sorry I've been MIA, but the past two weeks I've been camping out in a tent at my parent's place with my roomie and I can't use his computer unless he's home. (National Guard stuff is on there...)

Due to school, I won't be able to start Wednesday evening meeting as I'll be taking my Midterm exam.

I don't expect much discussion to take place, but if possible, can people give dates they're free for the possible meet up? Dana will be out of state next so it will likely have to be after the 24th.
