For Spoon royalty, I have found an amazing crown.

At Saturday Market in Portland, there is this one booth-- Spoonman.
He has awesome stuff, and one thing perfect for spoony cosplay.
Titled "Tea-ara" and priced at $14, it's basically... well, a tiara-like thing with spoons sticking out. Er, metal headband.

I'll post the picture when I get it.
