We'll see. I've got to figure out how to pay for next year~ Lookin' for another job; this years con was paid for by a four-week paid work training program. I may do that next year too, if I'm allowed to do it twice. But still going to be looking for a job.

@ Pencil: If I don't do Diamond Crevasse I'm doing the green outfit from episode 5... And making a pair of Viterali-size underwear to lay on the floor and write on. Aw heck, why stop at one? The woman has so many outfits I may as well do them all and use the same wig for all of them.

SO THEN IT IS SETTLED. I WILL DO IT.

Originally I was, but decided to make Saturday my Dress Garnet 2.0 day due to a Vivi, Zidane, and Kuja being there this year and because of the Mock Battle. Sunday and Monday I'm devoted to Yuna for all but a skit and one panel; at the panel I'm wearing her dress, though.

Yeah if you are not used to them they do feel a little weird. I wear them everyday so I can put them in and take them out quickly.

Duct-tape Zell FTW. After having toooo many needles break - we decided that we would just go ahead and do a ghetto version of that cosplay. So, until we can find some handy leather needles, we are sticking with this. No pun intended.

My mom unloads needles she doesn't want on me, gives me more for christmas, and I get them from other people. I've got a rather large stash of sewing stuff. WHICH I'LL PROBABLY HAVE AT CON FOR ALL THOSE WHO NEED IT, BY THE WAY!

^_^ Woot for sharpie + acrylics. I outlined all of the lil face with the sharpie and then did slight touch-ups with the black paint and a tiny brush, and did his eyes to fill in cause the sharpie didn't want to cover that much paint >>;

8D I just got done sketching the design for Yuna's summoning staff and we will be cutting it out within the next couple days. My dad has to go over to his dads and get the jigsaw

I got my geta sandals done! They're about... I dunno, four inches tall if not five. I'll be at least 6'2" in them

I'm so excited! I'm just worried that my feet will slip out of them. I'll try and get pics relatively soon.

And I got the Kusuriuri's kimono done. I'm really unhappy with the borders around the corners. they didn't quite lie flat so they bend in a little bit. At least it's better than when I first tried it.

Today I got the molding clay for Anna's golden tassel cover. I plan to work on that tomorrow. My cane got it's second coat today, but sadly it hit something and chipped a bit. >3> Hidamari and I tried to work on the clips for Mio's mini top hat, but it didn't go that well... Any tips on how to keep a mini top hat on without a string around the neck or gluing it to the wig? (Also, still waiting on my Haruhi costume to come. D: <)

OOH! You keep the top hat on the same way a Queen Esther keeps her crown on- with comb clips! Basically they're little combs that can be glued or sewn into something that you want to stay, then you comb it into the hair where you want it and clip it closed! Like a barrette that combs itself in.

All I have to do for Soul(Soul is my unknown cosplay btw xD) is sew the buttons on, glue snaps on the headband, style the wig, fix up the pants, and paint the shoes. The snaps, wig, and pants will be done tonight, and the buttons in the morning.
Today, I spray painted a layer on Red XIII's tail. I need to brush it again, then do another layer or two.

I also bought some clay for RedXIII's beads. The wooden ones I had were too big.

Waiting on my wig >n< If worst comes to worst, and it doesn't show up on time- I will be dying my hair and getting it cut OTL, thankfully it's long enough to do that with >>

~~Almost done with Soul's wig. Just a few more spikes to cut and spray, then onto the pants!~~

Finished the wig, pants, and headband. I used up almost all of my hairspray on this wig. I hope I don't need to buy more for Red XIII... here is a picture...

Sorry bout the really bad quality...I used my phone.
I still need to do buttons, and paint the shoes. Then I'm done...

soooo anyways my day is soo busy gonna go running soon then the river then cleaning the rooms and weregonna finish my friends misty costume and bam were done with one of here costumes. soo excited almost done with my ryofu wig too. got the part all set and then i need to add some more extensions cuz you can see the cap still so ya.
