I have a hard time losing weight but I am really good at keeping it off. So, I know this is bad for me and all, I'll skips a few meals to get where I want to be (which is only a few pounds lighter than where I am at now) and then keep up with workouts so I stay at that weight range.
All last year when I didn't work out I weighed about 135 and then when I started to I was still about 135. And now it is the same with 130.
