I keep jumping in on working out and stuff but WORK AND SCHOOL! God I leave 6:30 am and I'm not home until 6:30 pm and then I'm doing homework until 9:30-10. Are any of you doing your workouts in a busy schedule?
I need to figure out something to do that will work on my time schedule that I can do in my small apartment and that won't cost me money.
College makes me poor.

I have a crazy-busy schedule right now too! I actually signed up for a weight training class at my school, so even if I find no free-time, I know that at the very least I'll still be working out twice a week.
I have a gym membership that I'm locked into for a while still (ridiculous cancellation fees), but I really never have the time to go now with working full time and going to school full time, and commuting all the time.
If you can fit it into your schedule/plans, taking a physical fitness class can be pretty beneficial.
Although I think being busy pretty much constantly keeps me pretty active and energized, and I don't seem to eat out of boredom anymore.
