Yeah, it's been all rainy here, and my bike has a flat tire or else I'd be out riding my devil bike. (Seriously that thing is KILLER hard to ride, even to my uberly fit best friend. >.<; Of course, I have Badminton/Soccer PE class every other day, so I still get exercise done, but I can't wait until it gets sunnier so I can go bike riding.
I can relate to you totally. I have an aerobics class every other day which I love, but my bike is like my love. <3 I love working my legs.
Also, Nikkiolle, congrats! I bet with your work ethic you'll be in better shape than you even imagined at Sakuracon. :3
Thanks, StarryShay. ^^
As far as it goes for myself, I've figured out more of a schedule for myself. Wake up, sit-ups, breakfast, sit-ups, school, sit-ups, chores, homework, sit-ups, DDR, dinner, sit-ups, shower, reading, sit-ups (and other ab workouts), then bed. I'm basically adjusting to sit-ups easily. I do about twenty at each sitting, but it adds up quickly. The front of my stomach is already a bit flatter, which surprised me. I'm figuring out how to get the sides, though. Other than that, I've been eating salads constantly, whole wheat, low-sodium, apples and fruits, carrots, and occasional snack, but nothing more than pretzels. And water. Ohhh, water. CONSTANTLY. It really helps. According to my scale I've already lost five pounds since Sunday. >< I hope to keep it off, wear off more fat, then build muscle instead of just toning. :3
