I've heard that Acai is the "miracle berry", and it helps you burn really fast and is just packed with nutrients. I have not personally ever had the stuff, but my mom drinks it and says it tastes terrible, but does give her energy, if nothing else.
And yeah, I try to do about 1,000 a couple times a week, which is just an hour on the elliptical (900) and a few minutes on the StairMaster (100) for me. So, yeah, it seems like a lot but it is really just a drop in the bucket, so to speak.
