I assume you're talking about the tea party. We haven't started any sign-ups for it, as it is way too early to be starting that.
There's lots of interest this year though; it's making me happy!
Worst case, even if you don't host for the tea party, there's going to be a photoshoot which is much less of a time commitment and most likely a lot of fun as well.
There's going to be a host training panel sort of thing for all tea party hosts though. So, if people sign up to host but don't attend the training panel, they can't host for the tea party. If someone doesn't sign up beforehand but goes to the training panel and asks to be a host for the tea party there, they will be allowed to host if there is room for them. I have no idea what the amount of hosts is going to be limited to or if it really is going to be limited at all, this is just in case we have way too many.
Anyway, the host training thing is very important. We want to make this event really awesome, so we'll be going over special stuff at the training and getting to know each other and working on really getting into character so we can put on a good show. Yes, a show! I'm thinking along the lines of an interactive skit. As far as we can take it with the time given and ability of people participating.
