By Pioneer Square do you mean the Pioneer Mall or the actual Pioneer Square that's outside? If it's the mall, then what part of the bottom floor? The mall is split up in a few different areas. We can meet by the fountain, the giant rose sculpture (it's like a whole bunch of poles with pink petals at top. Really cool when you look down on it from above) or the food court.

I get the actual Pioneer Square and the mall mixed up all the time so that's why I'm asking. Don't know if I'll come :/ I think I have plans this weekend.

I thought it was the mall when "the bottom floor" was mentioned, but the Square is set below the street level towards the top. Meeting in the square would be the most convenient place just because it's small.

Let me put it this way: The Pioneer Courthouse Square has bricks all over and is made of huge amounts of epic. The Pioneer Place is made of shops and small amounts of awesome. The Square is equal to the second level of the Place. The Square is huge. The bottom floor of the Place is small.

That should settle it.

And yes, noisy circle is the place to be.

To me, by saying "bottom floor", I thought it might be the mall that people were talking about. I don't generally consider the Square to have a bottom floor even though it is lower on two sides. I just got confused because I didn't want people showing up at one of the three different parts of the bottom floor of the mall expecting to see a whole bunch of cosplayers.

I was just trying to be helpful, Tanis. I didn't know you can reach the Square from the mall. I've never done that. I've always just wandered through Macy's or something or other to get there.

Sorry, Oniurufu, I don't know if I can make it. Don't plan on me coming, but if nothing comes up I'll go.

Might I suggest meeting up by the bronze Umbrella man statue if you need a definitive landmark?

We were actually planning to meet at the circle that echoes when you step in the middle and talk, but if people don't know where that is, then the umbrella guy's more obvious. ~ ~

I think seeing people in costume in a small area such as the bottom of the square will be landmarkish enough XD but bronze umbrella man it is then!

Also Nichole, Ishtehlurvz and Kisame_tuna are gonna come with us as a group, so we should probably take my car into Portland, since it's bigger, unless you can take your mother's car. On the way back though, there will be five of us, instead of four, since Kisame isn't meeting up with us till later.

I was actually almost thinking we could take the max there. Since we have to go over toward Beaverton. The max stops right in front of Pioneer Square, and I'm pretty sure Sam would know how to get there from her house. It would save me gas! But on the plus side, if we do end up driving, parking's free on Sunday, so we wouldn't have to worry about a place to park.
