ok so I has an idea I thought a bunch of us could just meet up next weekend in portland and just walk around and do what ever.

EDIT We will be meeting at Pioneer square bottom floor on the 12th at noon

Pioneer Square might be a good spot, it's pretty much in the center of downtown, good place to wander, and if we want to go across the river or uptown, we just catch the max :]

Elections for the main staff of Kumoricon (directors, chair, etc) happen on that day, so a lot of staff will be at the general meeting at the Hilton where Kcon'll be next year.

Sorry I can't come, I have plans all weekend, but I might stop by

Sounds like fun, but unfortunately I doubt I'll be able to make it. I have a few college things I need to do on both Saturday and Sunday (and than write a report about all of them).

that seems like the most logical. its unfortunate that people are doing a differentialized meeting, hm. the biggest problem is that theres likely not going to be anything that EVERYONE can go along with. so pick something and just accept that there will be some people who cant make it.
