Very nice. I actually found a nice Death Note belt-loop chain thing there, which is sweet, but I hadn't looked through music much when I went.

Anyway, back on topic, Wolf's Rain got me crying by the end. That show is just sadistic in it's build up and climaxes.

Yeah, absolutely. There was such well-written character development, so that those last few episodes were just almost unendurable with their intensity. They really made sure you knew the characters and felt bound to each one.

There are some scenes in Code Geass season 2 that have made me sad.

Edit: Ok I have now finished Code Geass Season 2 and I must say the ending did make me cry.

OMG with Appa? Same. One of my dogs looks a lot like him so that was hard for me to watch. She looks so much like him and even acts the same, I kept imagining it was her instead of Appa x.x

xD That was the one that made me cry the most.

And The death of a key character at the halfway point of the series, and the whole episode about the town of people turning to stone. Yeah lots of tear jerking in FMA. Another series that was similar was Scrapped Princess. I did a lot of crying during that one as well.

....I always had a hard time figuring if Toboe was a girl or a boy, even though they referred to him as a boy...>>

The REAL Yugioh, namley the ancient Egyption arc.

I will never EVER forgive 4Kids for ruining that show.

Most anime/TV/games dont really make me feel anything for the characters, its fake, its overdone its just ..not convincing.
But the creator of Yugioh really got all of the emotion through.

The majority of the series is really quite sad but the end was the worst. After everything it actually end. The main character is gone. for good. Its over. The end.
( it also confuses the hell out of me. I still dont completley understand certain parts of the story)

I cried MORE when I saw YGO GX. Its a lie. A hideous lie!

I cried while watching Eureka SeveN, FMA, (Hughes, that is all), Transformers: The Movie (When Optimus Prime died), Transformers: Beast Wars (When Dinobot died), Gundam 00 (Lockon, Lockon), Pokemon: The Movie (When all the pokemon started to cry Ash), and Gurren Lagaan (Episode 8 and 26). That's all of them.

Can I possibly add a video game? If not, oh well, haha, Final Fantasy X had me going by the ending...but wanna know the game that really killed me? Crisis Core. By the end of that game, Multnomah Falls had nothing on me! I was a waterfall, I'm telling you.

ditto. but i think i've cried at some point during every final fantasy game i've played. maybe with the exception of ffii and ffxii. ffvii, well that one is obvious... ffviii, the parts when rinoa is in space, and the ending (ending was with joy though), ffix, can't remember exactly, but i'm sure i did at some point... ffx, well, a lot, but especially in macalania woods with tidus and yuna, and the end. ffx-2, the perfect ending i teared up. dirge, can't remember exactly in that either... i'm sure parts in lucrecia's cave when vincent visited her and some of the flashbacks. crisis core, a few parts, but mostly the ending T.T and advent children, i cried at the end of that too. anyway, that's not really anime, but still... lol

It still totally counts. If the games don't, FFVII:AC does. It's a movie, and it's of the Japanese/anime culture, heh.

And I agree about AC, the ending gets me every time without failure.

Yes, what you dont know if you only watch the american version-EVERYTHING leads back to ancient Egypt.
It even makes you feel bad for Bakura ( his Eygption self is one of my VERY favorite characters, hence my SN)

I believe it starts at episode 205. Unfortunately, since the american version only existed to peddle the cards, it was never released on TV. Ive only ever seen it as a Hong Kong sub.

Thief, you said it best. I started watching the early cartoon when I started collecting the cards. GX is a lie, they're trying to copy Digimon.

I have to agree, the portion with Hughes' death/funeral scene tore me up, as well as the Nina/Tucker subplot, and the Lust death scene, and the teacher's (forgot her name) death-march/assault on the hospital. That part was so intense! You're right, there are so many parts of that show that get just terrible with the sadness.

When Kamina died in Gurren Lagann- that had me crying, which wasn't too good because I was in Math class.
I didn't cry for Asuma until Shikamaru got revenge on Hidan, then the waterworks really got started.
I bawled for Hughes, but that's to be expected. But still, that wasn't cool.
No matter how many times I watch it, when Lavi fights himself in his mind I end up sobbing and hugging my computer screen.
Lenalee's monologue of her life being a dream in one of the last episodes of DGM also makes me bawl, though not usually to the extent of Lavi's fight.
When I was little, when Heero apparently blows himself up in his Gundam, that made me howl so bad. That was probably because I had a little-girl crush on him, though. That may not be exactly what happened, but I distinctly remember watching Heero, there was a detonator involved, and I was crying "NO HEERO DON'T DO IT!"

That's all I can remember, though there are probably a few more.

Yea, but thats what makes it so sad.
I hate it when an anime just brings everyone back to life. It really cheapens ..everything that character did and the emtional effect on the other characters.

That reminds me....

Samurai Troopers. Shutens death WOULD have made me cry, if I werent instead so unbelieavbly pissed by the whole situation. Rather than crying, it was angry ranting time and it went little something like this-

^{First of all he died to save tha annoying Mary Sue!! So now she has the ancients powers AND Shutens. May as well just give her the bloody White Armor while your at it. In fact, take the shirts off their backs too will THAT be enough?
Second ( and WORST) of all he didnt even kill the damned demon! How lame is THAT?! Oh..and after the fact the only one who knew/or cared that he was dead was the obnoxious brat}

Long story short- He died for no reason and no one cared. Oh hey, wanna kick the corpse around a little? *RAGE*

Oh! I forgot more recently ( also involving tears of Rage) Nicholai in Shadow Hearts Covennant.
Yes, he was horrible person but I was really pissed because a lot the crap that led upto eveyrthing was NOT his fault. Its the fault of Kato and Yuri and that crazy ass Mad Scientist for being too damned stupid to understand the concept of a 'bad idea"
