I believe sakura is the same as kumori.
I ck'ed the policy and minors 13-17 must have a adult on the convention space. 12- need to have an adult escort.

yeah. but they dun have to escort you everywhere so you can still attend different events. but if the adult leaves the convention, then you would have to leave.

The thing is 13-18 must have a permission form to attend the con by themselves or have a guardian on site. 13 and under must be escorted by a paid guardian attendee

The boots are a bit different than mine but I could add white furry things to them or something. Oh, and I was reading and it seems like this version of Meiko is her form for Vocaloid2 :3
