It took me a while to figure out paypal. I have it down now though.

I dun think anyone else is doing Luka. I'm just a maybe as I dun know I can manage it(or change my mind x_x).

You don't have to be 18+ but you need either a credit card or a bank... which most young-uns don't have -_-
