Winter break? I wantz a winter break.... Im out of school so I will be spending my winter cleaning, decorating, visiting friends/family, and christmas shopping! YAY. And LOTS of Coco!!!

Hmmmm, I'm trying to decide if I should find a job for over winter break, or if I should use the gym at PSU over winter break. Either I TRY to get money for my cosplay, or I get in shape for my cosplay. Choices...

That just isn't healthy.
And weight isn't so much my problem (I could lose a little flab...). The guy I'm cosplaying as is pretty ripped, and... I'm not.

Yeah I just want to lose about an inch or two off my waist so my abs will show through more. Albel is kinda ripped in the stomach area.

I'll probably have do that too. Tarma is a soldier, so you can imagine the kind of ripped I'm talking about. I'm gonna have to work my ass off in order to get where I need to be.

Anybody know of any ways to make a good, clean $600 or $700 between December 7th and December 21st? I don't have the resources to get a full-on job, but I can certainly do work. I'm probably going to see if I can do some tutoring next term, but I'd really like to be able to buy a Japanese PS2 and the materials for 8 simple DDR pads in time for MEW Con.

....I would say try to get two part time jobs....though they may have done all their seasonal hiring by now. On top of two part time jobs the tutoring would help.

And actually....doing the math you could get $600 just with one part time job. 15 days working 5 hours each day times $8 per hour. That is $600. If you get a part time job they are going to ask you to work more than 5 hours some days, just tell them you want to work as much as possible.

I'm thinking more along the lines of skill-based jobs like painting houses or mending fences or something rather than getting a part-time employment. I don't want to deal with bosses and managers at this point in my life.

You could go do seasonal work for UPS or FED ex, I did it a few years back and they give a $500 bonus at UPS for perfict attendance.

I think you might need to be 18, but it doesn't hurt to ask. If you have all day temp services will work to. Or like I suggested before, going into a resturant and saying to the manager "I wash dishes" could work too.

Well I don't think you are going to get a job painting houses right now. If this was summer bring I would give you some info but sadly it isn't. At my school there is always people handing out fliers for painting in the summer. And it pays like $10 an hour or more.

Yeeeeaaaah, I'm pretty much tired of this term. So much unnecessary yet very required things I have yet to do.
At least I finish three classes this week xD
Only downside to that is that one has a final. Yeesh. I'm really not looking forward to any of it. I just want my vacation ::shrugs::

it was just typically that it happened the last day. The team I was on wasn't doing so well so they started to get rough and I was like "I'm going to stay out of this" .....guess I didn't follow that too well =/

I don't have classes for Friday this term, but next term?... well, that's a different story.

Now I have a final tomorrow (Bio lab eeeewwww), then two on Tuesday (Bio lecture and Phonetics) and I'm done.
I'm ssssoooo tired. I took a day nap for four hours today because my alarm didn't wake me up and I'm still a zombie D;
I need to go to bed at a decent hour tonight or I'm not going to survive.
