took 2 years of japanese since thats how much you need to pass high school. yeah passed with a D. I couldn't stand the teacher. she did not know how to freaking TEACH. >:[ that's what else I think I'll do this break. practice my japanese some more. and some french too.

The teachers I have had have done a great job. I have learned a lot but the issue I have is the orals. I wish there was a better way to do those because I haven't done great on those since the second term (I'm in my fourth now)

yea i took my german vocab list (that i had to type up myself) to work today to study on my breaks...didn't help much...im so scared! its verbal and written! imma suck!

my german professor made a CD-Rom which is our text book. im a visual learner but we get taught oraly in class...rawr...

I always did really well on the orals I was just lazy and didn't want to memorize them because it was crap I knew I wasn't going to use in real life. the speech was so....blegh. who freaking talks like that? no one. :/

man I should also practice my german and chinese as well. this break is gonna be crazy.

several and it's a different teacher for each. $:-\$ I have my friend ken=Chinese, my friend kaj=French, Japanese I'm learning by myself since I hated the teacher so much, and German is a bunch of my relatives since I am German, and my cousin wants to teach me Spanish. I want to be bilingual but JEEZ. sometimes I can't take it.

I actually had a teacher in Highschool who gave me a B just cause she didnt give A's to anyone. She killed my overall GPA for all 4 years. I was a graduating 3.976 after 4 years and I still resent her. I tried contesting and she came up with lame excuses for why I recieved the grade I did.

yeah those are the worst. I do ok with small groups and talking so I think that orals need to be with those groups and she not tell us that it is happening

It be a surprise then the next day be like "Oh yesterday I graded your oral performance and here are your scores

That's actually brilliant.
I always crumble a little under pressure.
Not knowing that I'm being graded would have been better I think. Or worse.
Hhhmmm. I guess it depends.

Well I would study much harder for those classes just in case it was a day when she was grading us. I think most people would too. As of now we get a point for just knowing the conversation (we have to memories one or two conversations and then she makes us say is and asks us questions then does variations of it and what not)

yeah and here in the Portland area snow doesn't happen to often. especially snow that gets you out of snow. besides snow is so beautiful and romantic. I love it lots. <3

lol yeah thank god as soon as I get home I get to stay home. it sucks so much to have to walk for 2 miles every day in the winter. thank god for 2 weeks I won't have to do that. XD

I had my art final today and it actually wasn't that bad...just a final sef portrait and then compairing it to our first one we did...3 hours of critiquing...longest 3 hours of meh life

I took my last two finals today. The Bio one went really well, I think (and that's saying a lot, because it was my hardest class). As for phonetics... I'm hoping I did as well as I think I did (which is better than I thought I'd do).
Now I'm going to watch movies and curl up under a pile of blankets. Mmmm'yes >:3
