hmmm well as far as free, if you find any let me know.
As far as patterns go though, all gothic and lolita bible's have patterns in them. barns and noble + borders carry the english ones, and I could aquire a japanese one for you if need be.
I own like 15 EGL bibles if your looking for a spicific type of dress/skirt/accessories  pattern

hope that helps,

The few gothic and lolita bible's I saw had accessory patterns, but no dress patterns.  If you want a full pattern I would recommend getting a Simplicity multi-size pattern from someplace like Jo Anns.  You might try using the adult Short & Sassy costume patterns.  There are many different styles of Goth Lolita.  Are you trying for the little girl innocent, sweet & sexy, maid style, vampire, victorian, pirate, etc.  Give an example of the style of dress you are looking for, then ask for patterns that resemble, or can be modified to resemble, it.

Good luck   ;D

http://lolita-handbook.livejournal.com/1955.html#cutid4 <-- pattern links

http://community.livejournal.com/egl/ may also have some good stuff.  I remember looking through both of these when I was browsing lolita fashion for a never-finished project.
