Hey guys! The meeting went really well last night : ) thanks Nikki for sendingme all the notes and the rough of the script, I really like it so far!

I think we should figure out a date for the next one as there are still some things I want to cover.

NEXT MEETING AGENDA

More on Fangirl class
Get a better idea of the cast for Fan girl spray (we got the host, cloud, and sora but we need at least two fangirls and one rabid fan girl
Recruitment, I want new memebers and with half the year left it would be best to start looking for some now
Sound track needs to get a rough of (Sam you and I need to do this) also how are we gonna get loud enough speakers?
More skit ideas
Will we or will we not cover the cosplay line?
Who all is participating in the skit and what costumes are we considering for it.
Other things beyond skits?
Script meetings to get a nail down on what we think needs to be added
Now that were getting closer how many of us have a better idea of what costumes we will have availble?
More involvment with the audiance
Is staff ok with us or will we get in the way?
The friday pre show
and any other things i'll think of later

we have a rather big agenda for next time so we should probally aim for something a little earlyer this time and get the things we know wont take as long to talk about (IE recruiting people, staff ok, costumes, ect) out of the way first and then get into things like the skits that as we now know can take up a full hour of conversation later in the back.
