Yay to all those kingdom hearts fans out there! Today, Chain of Memories was officially released for the PS2 in America.

I've been waiting FOREVER for this. ^^ New cut scenes with all the original voice cast (as far as I know).

It seems like it is exactly the same thing just better graphics and voice acting XD. I'm still looking forward to it though

I know it seems like a weird thing if someone doesn't have a ps2. You could probably get a used one pretty cheap.

Meh. I know they're working on three more kingdom hearts titles right now.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (DS)
Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep (PSP)
Kingdom Hearts Coded (mobile phones)

Personally, the only one I think sounds interesting is 358/2 days, which works perfectly, because I have a DS.

It's also the only one that has officially been announced to be released in America, though the others are planned to be released in other territories that haven't been stated yet. ^^

I have a DS and will so have a PSP so I'll be good. I'm looking forward to both of them. I can't remember which one is which but I believe the DS one is the one about the Organization right?

Yup yup. It's about the Organization and Roxas during the time of Chain of Memories.

No. They just announced that they were going to be released in America, but they don't have a date yet.

Me too. It looks really good. ;.; But it's not even out in Japan yet. They bumped the release date up to February. So it'll probably take a while to come out here......*sigh* guess we'll have to entertain ourselves with CoM. lol

Yeah. I'm excited to play CoM because I haven't even played in on the GBA. So I practically know absolutely nothing about any of the Organization members. So once I play it, it should open up many roleplaying opportunities. XD But I have to wait until christmas. ;.; Because my parents might get it for me. Ug. But if they don't, then I'll have to go out and buy it anyways. 24 days late. >.< lol

Yeah, I just recently got Dirge of Cerberus. I've never played Final Fantasy before, but I'm enjoying it. I'm stuck though. T.T

Yeah i got part of the way through CoM and beat one of the organization members.....barely, then stopped. It can get hard at times. If I have left over money I'll buy it but we'll see.

I like the store of Dirge but I am really bad at it too....I'm stuck on one part, can't get past snipers x.x

Yeah! Is it the part somewhat towards the beginning where you walk into that huge opening, and they're everywhere shooting at you from above? Because that's where both my friend and I are stuck. >.<

Yup that is the part....you really don't have to do it, you can skip that event all together by running into one of the alleys but I can't remember which one =/

Coded came out in November, but only for Japan,
358/2 Days- Feb 2009 in Japan, so likely summer or winter 2009 for us,
Birth by Sleep- Summer 2009, but it'll probably get bumped back again... >.<

They both have pretty good rendered cutscenes, though the DS is slightly pixellated (whatd'ya expect xD) and... yeahhh

I started playing it! So I shall point out some key things I noticed/learned, just because I want to.

~I really don't like the card battle system that much. Truthfully, my brain can't comprehend it. XD I hate it.

~Axel is as funny and wonderful as ever. Perfectly in character. Good good good!

~Marluxia is voiced by the guy who does the voice of Bloo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. XDDD

~Zexion is voiced by the guy who does the voice of Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon. XD

Just a few random facts and such so far. ^^; I'm only at the beginning. lol

sounds interesting. I hate the card system too....I wish they would have left it the way it was but I'll figure out how to do it. Having it in a more 3D world will help out in battles. That was one thing I found a little difficult on the GBA version >_>
