Remembering how amazing it was to have a flag when I was Prussia...I just ordered a flag for my Germany cosplay. Russia won't have a flag because he has...other props.

I am finding that locating something suitable for PJs is a harrowing experience. It would be a very simple thing to get a pair that's blue and white and call it relevant. But realistically, if you're going to do it right, it's got to be something with cats. But cats do not exist on men's pajamas, because mens like things like flannel, and oppressively solid colors, and making serious faces. On the instances I've found something that seemed like it would be OK... I quickly realized that women's sizes are just arbitrary letters and numbers pulled out of a dimension of sheer madness.

Protip: the numbers have nothing to do with physical inches-centimeters-whatever. They're just a way to make sense of this-is-bigger-than-this. So try something on and then get a bigger or smaller number depending on the fit.

We'd forgive you for having blue and white pajamas as long as you brought all your cats with you.

Oh, I've just been looking online at stuff which is why the numbers are so confusing. I don't have any physical basis for comparison. I'm afraid that I just don't have it in me to be shopping in the ladies sections of clothing places, short of having a lady physically present to make it seem like I should be there. Otherwise... it's just kinda creepy.

Luckily it's perfectly ok if a girl goes around looking at men's clothes! 8Db Their sweatshirts fit me better than the women's sweatshirts. |D

I have PJ pants for Canada, just need to get a top. At first I thought about using a shirt I have that has a polar bear hugging an elephant but sadly it's form fitting, so it wouldn't work. xD!! I wandered around amazon.com earlier this year for ideas and found some good ones. The trick will be to find them again.

A question for those folks that are going with flags - what dimensions are they? It seems like most of the ones I'm coming across are either 12" x 18", 2' x 3', 3' x 5', or 4' x 6'.

On a positive note, I got my first volley of cats today. Five seemed like a big number until I got them, now it seems like I could use more. I felt sort of bad when they came in, because it was in one of those shipping envelopes, and they were just kind of shoved in there one on top of the other. I have this problem about being sympathetic towards inanimate objects... so I figure if I get more, I'm actually going to be doing a good deed, by liberating them from harsh living conditions! 8D

and just to let you know Our Cosplays are Dead on correct meaning finished in everyway possible. I'm working On a battered and torn old colonies flag I am very proud of it. . .Damn and I feel so good running around the local town wearing that outfit. . .bwa ha ha ha ha ha

and good old twinsyness with Mattie and Alfred, my Matt outfit is really really hot I have a parka and Hockey jersey but I may do the lazy version with his Red Hoodie and Cargo pants and forget the Parka till it starts snowing.
But count me in!!!! As Alfred I will parade around in style
