Okay! so it sounds like the Potluck will be on Friday around 4, and im thinking will last until 6? So if people show up late, they'll have time to eat still? Besides, mingling is fun and we may find something else to do also. Games or something?

Im also thinking Ill go ahead and set the time for Sunday at 12 noon. If 11 works out better, we can move it earlier, but I dont want to move it much past 1. Due to the fact people may want to be able to get into the cosplay contest line, and if the photoshoot runs late or into 3 or something, that may not work out very well. Also, its lunch time, and from experience if the photoshoot is after lunch time, you dont eat before hand, and you dont eat during, so you end up eating really late or skipping lunch DX But if its AT lunchtime, the group can always head to get food after the shoot or something.

So Sunday at Noon?

The potluck is harder to choose a location for...but if theres a park Id say that for both. Anything architectural or woodsy works for Hetalia i think. theres also the awesome staircase in the hotel, thats very regal but we couldnt clog it...maybe for a quick pick though.

Why yes I do~ The wig I got was on ebay and was labeled "platinum blonde", but unfortunately I used my dad's account for the wig (got it for Christmas) so I can't check the listing for any other details. That one may look a bit more blonde actually, but mine is a very very VERY light blonde that looks white in pictures (although if you look at it in person, it can appear blonde in comparison to a white wig).

Sweet! A potluck sounds awesome and Friday is great too! I'll be in AA (my Austria will be there too) after con starts so I probably won't be able to make any of the other shoots during the day. I'll probably wear my Hetalia cosplay on at least two of the days though. n.n

Hey everyone, I have a suggestion about the potluck and an activity for it! Well, I have a badmitton set at home and by an idea form our Canada and i, how about i bring some rackets and a few birdies

we can have some fun teams up to join and toss/hit birdies round and round :DD we could have Axis vs Alliance >3 or just random country alliances verus others xD we dont have to but its just an idea :3 any thoughts?

I might be going to the zoo meetup. I'm going to the sakura festival today as N.Italy, even though the curl I styled on my wig is only going to be temporary until I can get some extra wig hair and wire and stuff. :3

I bought mine. D: I'm so fail at sewing. But it was only $30-ish dollars at the military surplus store. Even though the color is a little dark. I don't know how much help Iwould be. XD What city do you live in? If you live near here (Hillsboro) I might be able to tell you a store to go to. :3

I used about five different hair products to get my curl the way I wanted it, even if it is temporary. ' 3 ' I'm pretty bad with wigs too. You could say I'm a newb. XD

Yay, I'm not the only one who sucks at sewing! xD I bought a little book on sewing little stuffed animals with felt the other day, so hopefully I'll gain a little more experience making those. Then again, when I told my mom I was going to start sewing things, she laughed x_x

Back on topic, were you able to find a good pair of brown boots? I bought a pair off Amazon the other night, they don't flip over at the top like his does, but they're still knee-high and flat-bottomed, so I think they'll be okay :)

I haven't found the right boots yet. I'm still looking, but I'll probably have to order them online or something. D: I'm using some black knee-high boots for now. (Mostly 'cause they're comfy. XD)

Yeah...My mum sews quite well so I've been asking her to teach me how, but she never seems to have the time. But I suppose sewing small things would be a good way to start out. :3

(I'm sitting here in my Italy cosplay waiting for some friends to pick me up. lol, sitting around in cosplay is kind of funny. XD)

lol, sitting in cosplay IS kind of strange, but fun all at the same time! :) Last year, my dad was taking me to K-Con on Saturday morning in my C.C. costume (butt-length neon green hair if you don't know the character) but we had to stop by an auto shop to get something checked. You can't imagine all the strange looks and smirks I got from the people working there orz

I'm going to take pictures in my N.Italy costume soon, hoping my backyard will be okay. I can also visit the elementary school right behind my house if I need a brick building in the backdrop or something... I really wish I had a Germany cosplayer to be in the pictures with me! xD

Eeek! That's one thing that scares me about cosplaying in public; the stinkeyes >.< I'm going to have to suck it up though, I'm taking the MAX to the zoo meet in N.Italy wear. Luckily that costume's not on the weird side, but I'm expecting some looks about the wig >.<

Do we have a Germany cosplayer in our whole Hetalia group yet? o.o If not, we need one REALLY BAD! It's not Hetalia if there isn't a Germany to sidekick N.Italy lol xD

I haven't asked my younger brother to help me take pictures yet, but if he decides to refuse when I ask oh-so-kindly... Well, I can always just blackmail him, lol.
