Oh jeez, can you imagine if Kcon was in like July or early August? OR HOW ABOUT WHEN IT WAS 107 DEGREES. I can hardly wear my cosplay in anything hotter than 75 without feeling like I'm dying, and I'm in shorts. Poor Austria... Excuse me while I go and die just thinking about it.

I went a little crazy with embellishments on my uniform so it's like... Ridiculous(LY AWESOME). I've got pins and patches everywhere... And a tiiiiiiny little Gilbird... It's definitely my favorite of my cosplays this year :|

Also also, there's a Thai place in the mall that has really excellent Thai Iced Tea in case anyone else is in love with it like I am. And it's like, two bucks. So. Yeah. That is what I will be drinking to not get kicked out. xD
... My iPhone says it's supposed to rain like every day this weekend. And be in the low sixties after Friday. Which is both good and bad I suppose, since my Prussia outfit is pretty warm... But still D: raiiiiiiiiiinnnn booo

THAT ASIDE I kind of love that Thai place. And I really love their Pad Se Ew (okay seriously i should never have to spell that ever shhh) and thai iced tea makes me INCREDIBLY happy so I'm like a million times up for hitting that place up while we're there.

And yeah, I read that it was going to rain like, all the days of the con. I was all like NOES MAH WIG and then. My friend pointed out that my Canada hoodie.. is.. a hoodie. :| But I'm still sad that we're going to be rain-plagued.

I totally just finished my dessert that I'm bringing to the potluck woo! (It gets better as it sits in the fridge so THAT IS WHY IT IS FINISHED EARLY OK). There are, like, entire boatloads of sugar in this thing which I had not quite expected so I'm pretty sure if a diabetic so much as looks at these things they'll go into a coma. :|a;;

It is for that reason that I'm going to put a little ingredients tag onto it as well as a name/country tag ahahaha yeah.

I'd thought these things were much less intense than they turned out to be and then I looked at the ingredients klfskslkf. I just made a cute little paper label for them that has its little list of "THESE THINGS MIGHT KILL YOU SORRY D:" on it just in case more people have things they can't eat.

Update on dolls if anyone can see!

I have gotten a bunch, a LARGE shipment of the dolls of very much sort! SO, I've decided on something to do.

2-3 dollars a doll (havent decided) but not the special brand, the special brand will be saved for the contest at the PJ party, in which if there is extra, they will be sold for 5. we gotta get a profit xD and dont worry, i'm also giving the money to those who helped make it so if ur reading this then i got u covered :3 and the special requested ones are still requested so their free for u special peeps dun worry

I don't think I missed any roll call posts, and that's the only thing I can update on. Trying to understand people's vague descriptions of where and when they might be going from random thread posts is prone to causing misunderstandings/be really bloody difficult. That's the best list you got.

Well again I made mine a clear post plus my sister, unless you want us to spam threads with who we are going to be, Im just saying Sakuracon Hetalia did a much better job and they have 10x the people we could have been alot more organized then this, The Photoshoot was horrid you guys moved it soo much I couldn't even make it I told Russia who had just drove home to get into his outfit you guys were already doing the shoot jeez he turned around and went back to change out of russia, And I was stuck in my dress IN the Svettlana Panel with China and Belarus and alot of people couldn't even get down stairs to the phtotoshoot, also that people were meeting on the 3rd floor to find everyone and ended up giving up! because it was in the lower level, I was frustrated with texts because no one could find anyone
Jeez I would have walked around with a sigh from burgerking with Photoshoot changes on it to spread the word

Maybe I missed your post? There was a lot going on in that thread the last few weeks.
After the first couple times, I stopped adding X's friend and X's sibling because it was unfeasible. Probably two weeks after I took over running the Planning thread I made the decision to only add people that I had forum names for.

Sakuracon Hetalia was not running a potluck, a panel and a photoshoot in a cramped space with pouring rain on their location. And they only had 1.5, 2 times as many people?

I did what I could for the photoshoot considering our limitations due to weather, space and fire code. (FIRE CODE was Sunday's word of the day.) I sincerely regret that you couldn't make it; the same thing happened to a few other cosplayers, but there wasn't much I could do. Goatchild and Demytasse and Mewithe and I can only be in so many places at once, and there is absolutely nothing we could do about the limit on the number of people per floor (again, FIRE CODE).

I know! D: I was so upset, because it was mostly clear from 11 to 11:35, so I figured hey, we're good. And then it starts POURING and I have to improvise a location for us. D: But the Ballroom hall turned out pretty nicely.
