INTRODUCING: SOUL CANDY

Hello, our name is Soul Candy, Seattle's Local Otaku Rock band. We would love to be able to introduce ourselves to you. You can check our youtube page (www.youtube.com/soulcandymusic) or our myspace page (www.myspace.com/soulcandyband) to learn more about us.

We just recently did a successful convention debut at Aki-con 2008, opening for Kumoricon 2008's Guests,  The Slants and would love to get the same opportunity here at Kumoricon!

Anyway, thanks for checking us out and we hope you enjoy the videos!
PS. You might recognize a couple of people in the video.........

I dont believe anything has been confirmed yet. Or at least they arent releasing it to us yet. Special guests tend to be suprises! Id love to see some new faces/talent!

Actually on second though you might want to go through Dawn who deals with guest relations. If you are going to be preforming for us you would be a guest. Dawn is our director of relations. Jaki does panels and the like.

Just one question, Were you at the Parade last summer? in the Sakura-con part I mean [At least I think it was last summer]. You pic for your avi looks very familiar to me. >< Nice music btw!

If this was directed to me, I was at the Parade last summer but not as Sakura but as Temari. :) And Thanks, im glad you enjoyed the videos. We hope to be able to get play for everyone soon!

Soul Candy typically performs in cosplay so we have somethign new cooking up for the show as well! :)

Schedule will be up soon. Can't say when is the show just yet until the schedule is finalized. But we'll have an hour to play with, and will be playing with Last Stop Tokyo.  And we are cooking up something decent for cosplaying during the show. All or some of us will also be at the Guest reception dinner as well if anyone feels like chin-wagging.  ;D

And of course we'll be around the convention all weekend. In several costumes.

Hello, Lilithfire here, lead singer for Soul Candy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the support we've received during this year's Kumoricon. We enjoyed the show very much and the crowd was so participative and awesome, despite some minor technical difficulties. We also want to thank the Kumoricon Staff (both tech and guest relation-wise) for their hard work for making our stay a great one and our show a success. We hope everyone enjoyed Kumoricon!
