same. mine got wet quickly. I took them off and forgot about them. so I need new gloves for sure.

well I told my friends to blame the weather on me. I wouldn't stop singing 'white Christmas' at all the week before the snow hit(it was the only song I could think of and knew most to words too). before they even predicted it. then I started singing it every time snow wasn't falling because I really really did want a white Christmas.

I like sparkly snow. 8D lol the safeway by my house had a salvation army thing already set up 2 days after thanksgiving...apparently I was the first one to put money in it. 0_0

There is so much snow here in McMinnville. I shoveled my parents driveway for them, the whole time it was dumping snow down on me. Thank god for high quality North Face jackets. Now the driveways are filling up with snow again , errr..

oh god. its really bad outside right now. I had to break down the thick ice in the yard for my dog so he can pee. my hands are in pain. god and I'm really tired and cold now.

my dad had to do the same thing for my dogs. He took them out last night and the snow went up to one of their necks XD

So I think people are starting to go insane from all of this snow. In just my trip to the local safeway I saw one man near the entrance indoors with an open container of ice cream shoveling it fast into his mouth. There was another situation where this man went up to a random lady and asked for a date. When she told him she was married, he replied with, "you're gonna grieve over this. You're gonna griiiieeeve." and then just stood there while the lady started chuckling and saying, "look, I'm married, I'm sorry."

I've never had such a strange, amusing trip to the local grocery store xD

Our neighbor is bringing us chains from Leshwab tomorrow! He works there, and even offered to show us how to put them on. They also gave us toilet paper because we were running out and don't own chains to go out in the snow. The nearest grocery store is about 2 1/2 miles away. So, I guess people on my side are holding up alright, or, at least my neighbors are. XD

At this point, a rainy Christmas doesn't sound too bad... so long as it doesn't freeze over >,<

...hopefully only enough to make it look nice. then again I'm not going anywhere christmas or a few days after that....but I am going a bunch of places on the 24th. :/
