so many people dressing from Eureka 7 I can only do 1 cosplay and it is my very first con so Yay. I never had trouble with spray on hair dye even though I get the 1$ ones from walmart they still work nicely... I am happy that I am able to get a wig but I may still need to use the spray... $:-\$

I would have been Renton, but maybe in the future......Plus, we just don't have the skills to make her dress anyway ^^;

But this year'll be fun. I'm kinda hoping that the two of us aren't the only Black Cat cosplayers there. I didn't see any last year TT.TT

that's a horrible experience! I had to spray my hair out on the balcony of my hotel too, so i'm glad that didn't happen to me! I'll probably be using spray again this year, because it's cheap, and I don't have a job yet (still in school) But as soon as i get the money up, it's wig time!

I probably would use the spray, but I have big problems with asthma and so it wouldn't be the best idea...Even though wigs are expensive, they're going to be my best bet.

very true. That stuff is so potent, that even if you cover your nose and mouth, you inhale a crapload of fumes. ASTHMATICS BEWARE!!!

If you do have to use the spray on hair dyes then I suggest investing in those paper masks people use when dealing with fumes. It will probably save your lungs from irritation and your brain cells from dieing from inhaling fumes.

Yay! I've been wanting to do Gijinka cosplay and Victreebel will actually be really affordable and easy, since I already have a wig for it. Oh, and I wouldn't have the top so....open like that.

On a similar note - YAAAAAAY another pokemon gijinka!!! I am cosplaying a gijinka as well and am very happy to see another will be at Kumoricon, none the less one from Kanto. ^_^

Someone went ahead and made human forms of all the Pokemon and it's just called Pokemon Gijinka. I googled what it meant and a wiki gave me this

my cosplay lineup is now,

yatsuha(samurai Champloo)
meg(burst angel)
bubbles(powerpuff girls Z)
jasdero(D.Gray Man)
and possibly Blair(soul eater)
a secret cosplay that I'll wear for like 15 minutes during the OHHC shoot. :3
And another super special awesome secret cosplay to wear to one of the guest panels.

just as a stupid quick update. :/

But man my crazy idea's that I plan to do while at con and with each costume is a way longer list. 0_0

no the armor is fine....its mainly the gloves, and it is a bit of a pain in the butt to put on x.x

We'll see. I have gotten some really good pictures out of that costume and now the hype to wear it has kinda worn off =/

Yeah, I know how that is. Sometimes taking a year off of that particular costume can do wonders for your impression of it. Of course, by the time the year passes you will have had so many new costume ideas you may never return to it anyway, heh.

dang...ever since i learnded what a gijinka is, i really want to cosplay one. but im getting too many cosplays DX gaah!!! i found a really cool pokemon gijinka and i drew a kon one that i want to make...i seriously have some sort of problem, when ever i see some character with a really cool out fit, i want to make a cosplay and i spent the next 5 days drawing ideas how to make it...D=

I ordered a trench coat for my costume... they sent the wrong one

... need to order new one

... and 3 monthes ntil I can buy the main part of my costume... Video camera price went down again so thats a good thing for when it comes time to order it.

I've decided to also cosplay Roxas. So, I'm gonna have to start getting stuff for that. Since I just need a wig and make an eye patch for Sven, I should get both done!

And I have to teach a friend how to sew on a sewing machine, so she doesn't have to hand-sew a bunch of costumes.

Awesome! I was really looking forward to this group cosplay so I would've been majorly disappointed if it was only a couple people. ^_^

I can't wait to see all your other cosplays as well...and how you manage them. are you getting a room, or at least storing your things in someones?
