My friend tofu takeout is having issues with her computer.
well mostly just her internet
when try's to get on the internet, it say's "start new sesstion" or "restore old sesstion" she said she had to stop clicking restore because it wouldnt restore anymore, so she started click new and every it wouldnt take her to home page it would go to a you need window's virus protection pop up. ((she tryed to get it reformated but she can't find it)) earlier today she could be on the computer for 2 hours and the computer would work fine, but the night before it turned off compleatly and all day today it was doing the restart thing and it just stop working again.
every 20 minuites or so she would get a new pop up for secrety center alert there is susuptious software on her computer the soft ware is win32.net sky.Q and that the risk is high and she needs to enable protection she clicked x to get out but after awile it stop letting her do that but and she when clicks enable protection it goes away and a tab on her internet open's up.
hard to explain evrything in detail unless she explians it all herself.
well post anything if you know anthing or she might beat the computer to death in frustration.
