Time to update the information ^_^

Date: March 28
Time: 10 am (but you can show up at any time)
Place: 1055 SW Naito Pkwy, Portland, Multnomah, Oregon 97204. We will be meeting at the fountain

Alright we are going to have it at the waterfront. Pleas please please please bring an umbrella just in case is decided to rain. If it is just sprinkling we will move undercover but if it starts pouring then we will pack everything up and most likely head for lloyd or pioneer square.

I want to do this a little differently. I want to assign people to bring some food that way we will have a well balanced choice of food ^_^

So if anyone is willing to help me bring food that would be great.

finger sandwiches (3) – Nikkiolie (PB&J)
fruit (2) - Beruchi baka
veggies (2)
cupcakes (2) - K-Rock-InC
chips(2) – Zaatar; Dana
soda (2) - Griff_the_dragoon, Syd-chan
salsa? (1) - makichan
cookies (1) - Hidamari
popcorn (1) - FFVII~Lover

The number next to the food corresponds with how many people I would like to bring that particular item. The food should be things that people can eat with their hands. The items that are in bold are the ones that I still need at least one other people to help bring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are interested on going let me know and I will add you to a list (just to get an idea of the number of people who will be there). I was hoping that this could be outside but we may have to find a place inside to have it.

During this picnic we will:
Eat (of course)
there will probably be a glomp circle
take pictures, and or personal photo shoots
play apples to apples
Battle for the bucket (if Jason is still bringing it)

thats a good time for it. I'm not sure of what foods I could bring but I could bring blankets to sit on and other things for people to use during.

I might want to make some cupcakes for it however. :3

well, i'd love to go. i can make it on the 21st, but on the 28th, i'm out of town. I think i should have my next cosplay all done and everything by then, too. it would be a good debut.

so, i suppose if you decide on the 21st, count me in.

i'd say the waterfront would be good. near the salmon street fountain again, maybe?

Ug. x.x I can't drive downtown. I live over in Milwaukie, and I just got my license a few months ago, and I can't drive down there. D: And I hate riding the bus in general, let alone in cosplay. T.T Sooooo....unless I get a ride, looks like I won't be able to make it. D:

Well since there is only one person who spoke up about the time so far it looks like it will be the 21st. With enough time in advance people should be able to request work off and what not. And yes it would most likely be in Portland, just not too sure where. If the weather is nice then the waterfront but if it's not then we'll have it somewhere undercover or inside.

It would be good for me to have a date before con to be sure to have my cosplay done since typically it doesn't get finished until the week of con ^_^

Yeah having an event that you are planing on wearing the costume will also be able to test it out. Make sure it will stand up to normal wear

the 21st...I should be able to make it. Red ninja/Trunks will return, maybe even with a portable table for some people to put food on. No more full sized cakes in the muddy grass!

Again there is no set place. Please people fully read the post. IF THE WEATHER IS NICE WE WILL BE AT THE WATERFRONT! Please I am begging you I do not want to repeat myself several times.

If the weather is going to be rainy then we will meet somewhere inside. I do not have places yet so if anyone has suggestions I am open.

If we do meet at the Waterfront it will be at the fountain.
