And there's school tomorrow.
I've been trying to for an hour.

I think everyone went to sleep by now, I cant sleep either. I got about an hour, woke up and cant get back :(

I fell asleep a little later than I usually do on school nights, but that's because my bf was up all night playing Ragnorok even though he has school too TAT
When I finally fell asleep, I had a nightmare lol  :D

maybe its from all those late nights over break hmm? I did sleep but only because every day I'd stay up till 3 then wake up at like 7-8.....I needed sleep

the less energy you use means more likely you'll not be able to sleep. Try just having a dance/rock out time before bed. it will help you become tired and wanting rest.

Usually when I can't get to sleep it's because I end up staring at things with my eyes like wide open o-o

So it sounds crazy, but a blindfold or someth might work. It does for me sometimes o3o

And everytime you catch yourself thinking.... stop... thinking. O_O

I......am going to try and sleep tonight. XD Even though I just woke up. I've been thinking about some medicine, but don't you have to have like eight hours for that? ...I personally can't fall asleep at ten. XD [/wakes up at six]

When I'm having trouble sleeping, the worst possible thing I can do is look at a clock. If I do, it makes me calculate how much sleep I'll still be able to have, which then keeps me up longer and the cycle continues.

Well, before I was pregnant, I would take a shot (just one) of some form of alcohol to relax me. But now I have no suggestions, and many of you are underage so alcohol=bad. :)

Ive heard that sleepytime tea, pepermint herbal tea, works well. (but NOTHING with caffeine obviously)

try to relax. let your mind drift. do not try to think about things, do that before you go to bed. if you find yourself thinking about stuff you need to do, stop. think about fluffy bunnies or something, not things you think are important. let yourself have a waking dream, just let go.

and if you can't go to sleep in 20 minutes, get up and do housework.
