Time, Place, and Cost will be posted as soon as everything is official. Probably in the next couple days, Monday at the latest. As for the age question, ill look into the reasons for this and reply back accordingly.

Yeah I got it for ebay but it is custom made for my measurements and it was going to take 1 to 2 weeks to make then 10 to 15 days to get to me after that =/

So at most it'll take 29 days? Whenever I've bought custom cosplay from ebay sellers I've always gotten it in the minimum amount of time so you should be good :3

I hope so. I am also worried that some of the measurements I took were wrong and it wont fit right. I'm sure it will but I always worry about little things like that

I personally suspect its to protect the con from possible lilability issues. thats what they're usually exist for.
