Yeah man! I use to walk everywhere. Which was how I stayed in shape for the most part. I walked like.. two to three miles a day at the least. Then I stopped attending high school and got my license. So I didn't walk at all. Then I also just kind of.. sat around for half a year. So it all adds up.

and i'm really out of shape because i have back problems (i'm in a brace, though you cant tell unless you poke/punch my stomach) but in PE today, we ran the mile and i did the best i've ever ran IN MY LIFE <3
