Make a Pokemon Roleplaying Game.

An already made anime, I'd make a bonus Inuyasha episode where Kagome says "SIT!" and learns what happens when she throws it around too much.

But my own anime...This is the question I've been waiting for.

I would make an original superhero soldier, that can run and fly like lightning, through the sky and across the stars; control thunderstorms, fire lightning bolts from his hands, wield a longsword that flares with electric power, command an army of soldiers and star pilots against all evil, yet can still temper his massive power to expel EMP bursts and tazer bolts to subdue and shut down the weapons of evil.

I have the story, I know his abilities, he knows no limits. I just need the opportunity to unleash his awesomeness.

WWYD if you had the project of your dreams, but no scanner to show it to the world, no money to take classes and improve your skill, and your only resources are pencils and paper?

Concentrate all of my money and resources to buying the cards and games, visit every Pokemon league and tournament in Oregon and the neighboring states, then once I finally make it to Worlds, challenge every player that wants to, and learn from their style, then when I make it into the finals and get my deck featured next year, I just save up and do it again.

That is...if I wanted to commit everything I have to one single card game and video game chain.

WWYD if you were playing a CCG (collectible card game) and your opponent shows you that he already has the endgame in his hand with no way for you to avoid or counter it in time?

(Happened to me at a pokemon league once. He must have been to Worlds before.)
