Lose my house. I couldn't replace it with an equal job fast enough, if I could even get an equal paying job. I'm fairly certain I would need to re-locate.

Appreciate the hard work you put into it and keep it in good condition, only wearing it to meetups and cons.

WWYD if you got a second opportunity to take on something and you know exactly where everything would be and what would be available? (In my case Kumoricon cosplay contest at the Hilton one more time.)

I would have renamed Kumoricon the biggest manga and video game convention in Oregon, and make sure that my manga was Americanized before released. (notice only anime is illegal)
