So lets get this started a little early.

Most importantly: THE LOCATION! preferably with more then 1 week in advance warning.

Please note that this is NOT a slight at the directors who set these meetings up but more at the locations for bailing on us at the last minute.

Hail,

So there is a large game store that hosts lots of space for meetings and as soon as I remember the name and location I will tell you all but "if my memory serves me right" it would be a perfect venue for the next meeting. I will look around for some other locations too for the future

P.S.
btw for those who have been worried about me and my cancer I am still in remission and the problems I have been having lately are due to the treatments side effects. I am fine they have switched my meds so I no longer feel like I am dying all the time so please don't worry I won't go down with out a fight.

there is a quiznos and a chinese food buffet (not the best but not bad), a mexican food place, there is a red robin and a old chicago close by, there is a couple of good chinese food places but it depends how far in the area you want to go, not that far from mcmenimins either really,

The dance was on my birthday last year, I don't think many noticed though, oh well.

I won't know if I'll make it to this, or to the room the_creation_station@yahoogroups.com is running at Chibi Chibi con in Olympia, or neither, or both, until I find out if I get any of the potential second-jobs for which I applied this week.

However, if anyone is coming up from Eugene for it, please let me know if I could get a ride with you.

If anyone is coming down from Olympia for it, please let me know if I could get a ride from it to the end of Chibi Chibi.

Unfortunately there was a glitch with part 3 so you'll have to wait for the Relations and Facilities segment. I do suggest that all of you who weren't there go and watch Part 4 at the very least.
