I wonder if my wife and I will be on the Oregon Coast, as there is a wine and seafood festival in Newport some weekend, she forgets, but she is thinking about it. Or...if we will be in Salem nah, not to stay the night, I don't think so. Why??? Gotta be better elsewhere right? Waldport is west of Salem? Newport is west of Corvallis?

I should probably think harder on this. Our first valentine's since we got married and all ya know.

I don't really like the holiday, even though I'm in a relationship. It just makes people who are alone, more lonely... and people in a relationship feel obligated to get crummy, thoughtless gifts for each other.
It's funny to watch a lot of men at Safeway scrambling to find something on V-day. To think that they didn't even spend time thinking of it until the day of?

I'm not really sure why people make such a big deal out of this day. It's just another day, only it's dedicated to couples, and people who love each other. I'm in a relationship, and I'm still eh about the entire thing. I suppose it's just something special for people to express their feelings to one another over. I'm pretty sure if any of you are in a relationship and the person you were dating didn't do anything for you you'd be a little upset.

It's just a day kids, no need to get depressed over it. A lot of people are indifferent about Valentines day. What's worse is a lot more people despise the Holiday because they aren't with someone. Which to me is an idiotic reason to hate something. So you aren't in a relationship, so what? Don't cry about it and be butthurt! Go out and do something with your friends or your family. My goodness. It's usually what I do!
