Zelda has more physical training as per Sheik, while Peach uses whatever she can. A parasol, Toad, a golf club/tennis racket/frying pan, turnip faces, and her super sleep finisher.

Though I'm all for Peach, Zelda would win, though I'd try every time to prove that wrong.
