Rock Band Mission for someone over 21

I'd like someone over 21 to go to Ground Kontrol's Rock Band night and let me know exactly how it's set up, how it's run, and what could be improved to have a similar, but even BETTER setup for Kumoricon.  I can't remember what nights they have it on, but their website, groundkontrol.com, probably says.

I go every Tuesday only problem I dont know anything about sound boards and behind the scenes for that kinda of stuff. I know they have 3 mics that all work to trigger the vocals in the game. Plus the master controller has a mic that could also trigger it. they have a projector for the audience and a 34" LCD TV for the band. they have an 6' elevated stage. Someone brings an Ion drum kit with all 3 symbol attachments. I know that the main dj there created a mic cable that converted the usb to a normal real mic. Other than that i dont know how they set it all up.
