Good thing movie quotes are not what English majors are expected to know to earn their degree. I so totally suck at this. Mainly because they all seem to get stuck on the tip of my tongue, except for the films I haven't seen.

@ Eve; not sure but am thinking maybe V for Vendetta. Mostly drawing a blank, but have a feeling it is gothic in nature. Was thinking Frankenstein, from the novel, but that's technically Romantic. Then was thinking it sounds moer what a werewolf would say.

My quotes were indeed from Pirates, but specifically from Pirates #3. At World's End.

Here's a quote that comes with a series of bonus questions! Name (a) the movie in which it was said, and (b) the song that took its title and refrain from this quote, and (c) the artist who recorded said song. Then name (d) the written work on which the film was based, and (e) its author. (All these are things I know off hand, nothing tricky.)

Randomly the father of 3 of my childhood friends did art direction on this film so I saw it when I was too young to understand it. Definitely want to go back and see it again.

My Cousin Vinny! - Great Film

My earlier one that no one got

"I Kick a$$ for the lord"

One of Peter Jacksons early films called "Dead Alive" which curently holds the title as the goriest movie of all time, and pioneered the Horror/Comedy film.

The scence takes place in a graveyard when the main character is attacked my a gang of punks and zombies at the same time. Things look bleak when suddenly the preacher shows up saying "This calls for divine intervention!" He kung fu's everyone, but meets his demise when he kicks a zombie's head into the air and it lands teeth down on his neck... brilliant scene

Here's one anime fans should get
