Its not like anyone is going to go IN the water, and I don't think I will lay down in the sand >_>

And I doubt it is going to be really hot there...so a full body suit could keep you warm. It will probably be about 50 to 60 degrees outside.

not in June it wont be. It will be between 50 and 60, it MIGHT be in the upper 60's but it isn't hot there

Yeah man. I walked for a half hour and burned 300 calories. That's 100 calories every 10 minutes. WALKING. If you do that for an hour, you'll burn 600 if you keep up a pace. I use a tredmill, and go about 4.5 mph.

Well before you get abs you need to get rid of fat. If you have too much fat on your stomach no matter how many sit-ups you do they will not show up.

Eh depends. the few days before k con I lost ten pounds by not eating. (was desperate never making that mistake again)

The last time I went to the beach with my friend, we made the magical leopluridon (sp?) from Candy Mountian!!! It turned out amazingly!!!!!!!!
