So yeah. A few of us were talking and we believe we need to make a video similar to this one

Well, what I would like to do is this (and if it isn't what everyone decides on, that's fine, I will just try to organize it on my own): I wanted to have a Final Fantasy specific mock-battle, ideally at the FF Photoshoot. This happened in 2007 and it rocked! So, I would really like to have it FF specific, but if others want to do something else, like I said, I can deal.

Ahh don't worry!
Im switching a few around and what not and some of the things I had to do that made it very busy for me at the con bailed so I have plenty of time to change and what not. 8D
And plus Ive always wanted to do a FF character.

Well, as far as FF characters go, there will be a Barret Wallace, an Aeris Gainsborough, a Cloud Strife, a couple Tifa Lockhearts...and I think that's all at the moment.

Hmmmm....So by all the characters it sounds like FF7?
I was thinking of doing Yuffie...but my bangs will be to long.
Then I thought of doing Genisis (sp?) from crisis core and also thought..well im to short. XD

I think it'd be great to have a Yuffie, or two. ^_^ Makes it easy to stick with the FF theme, haha.

And I don't want to go on usurping the LARP thread, so I am going to go ahead and make a separate thread for the Final Fantasy specific Mock-Battle. So, yeah, I'll do that in a minute and maybe all you who would want to do FF characters can come and chime in.

I think it'd be fun and funny to do this as if it's a Super Smash Brothers game, where there are tons of different characters from different animes/games!
It would really show the randomness and crazyness of it!!!

I do really like that Smash Bros. style idea. It'd be much more of a free-for-all, which would be a fun alternative to the FF Mock-Battle (and I would want to do both).

We need to find a place that has trees or like benches and maybe rocks that we can jump off of and do other stuff like that!

I probably won't actually be in the fight, unless I'm in my samurai cosplay, since Sven just fights with his guns and the case that has the guns, etc...

I just had an idea! We should do it everyday, so we can have the possiblility of different characters, and other people can join in if they want to! If people see us do it the first day, then they might want to join us another time!

Ooh, and this year it is in downtown Portland, so you know what that means...

Pioneer Square! That place has levels upon levels for running and jumping, as long as you don't become a nuisance to anyone, heh.
