no I dont have diarrhea. I dont want it either lol. But I think I might take a break from takeing it just in case.. so its not prolonged use. I'll take a week off and see what happens.

if you have been take it for a week you should be fine. Don't worry about it.

and Syd are you sure his jacket has a zipper? I don't remember seeing one >_>

There is a zipper visible in this shot: http://www.ffspirit.net/images/content/news/articlesimages/up2709tr8.jpg

Yeah but that is a figure....not in the movie. I mean you can add a zipper if you want but I don't think anyone would notice. Plus it is a blazer, like the Ouran coats, most of those don't have zippers.

Actually, I've found another shot, an actual screenshot from the film, that shows a zipper on Reno's jacket. Square (and vicariously Play/Trading Arts) are really good about making the figures accurate to the original models/designs.
You can see the white of the zipper lining the jacket there.

So good luck, Syd! Hope you can find it.

Yeah, that's true. These are little details that I would suggest not stressing over. It's the kind of detail that only you will notice. Nobody is going to analyze your costume.

Same with the spikes on the Cloud wig ^_^ I know people aren't going to count the spikes and be like "this one is not in the right place" but I will still try my best to make the wig look amazing ;D

xD Well, true. But, I need practice on zippers. I mean, I'm not going to freak out if I can't find the zipper or something, but I should PROBABLY worry about getting the actual jacket first. o.o;; I do have a couple already, but one's too small and more FF VII Game color then AC[:p last resort, but it doesn't match the pants] and one's too big with a subtle pinstripe that is friggin' annoying me. o.o I just want to be recognizable. xD;;

Also! The wig has been shipped, and I think I have a basic idea of how to style it so far. Should take 10 to 25 business days, though. =.=;;;

Yeah styling takes a lot of hair spray. And what seems to be working for me is covering the section with hair spray, getting it the shape I want then using a blow dryer (on low) to help it dry and hold it's shape. The wig looks good so far. When I get home I will try to post some progress pictures ;D

That's rather expensive, though. o.= I've had some pretty good results with Tresemme [or whatever], and can usually find some around the house. ....Gah! >< Can't wait for my wig.

So, Mock-Battle...what is one spell/attack/limit break that you all hope to see someone do or do yourself?

I am thinking I may make/bring a big orange ball and a big blue ball to use as Barret's "Big Shot" and "Mindblow" limit breaks, respectively.

I'm fine with anything, but I may need someone who has actually played the game to guide me through Yuffie's attacks. >.>

I could help you with that, heh. It'd be fun, I can be a FFVII tutor, lol.

We could work through that at the pre-battle-walkthrough in August, or we can talk through it on here. Her stuff isn't too complicated.

i'd like to see everyone's limit breaks, that would be cool. a string of punches and kicks from tifa (in video editing slots could be added before the attack, like in the game), any of barret's or yuffie's, some form of omnislash from cloud would be fun, and i could do one of aeris'. what would be amazing is to have one of vincent's, but that would require someone else in a chaos/monster costume to run in and fight, lol.

Which would be amazing! haha, that'd be so epic.

And I just thought of this...had never even given this thought...Vincent's final form in VII is Chaos, the same one from Dirge. They are soooo different looking! I don't know why that surprises me, but I never considered Vincent's final form when playing through Dirge.

i really want someone to cosplay one of vincent's other forms now >.O

Nothing at the moment. I am plotting out how I can accomplish any of Barret's limit breaks, and I am hoping to be able to help Danayoki with Yuffie's. Limit breaks = amazing in mock-battle!

Now if only I could leap into the sky, I could do Barret's final limit break.

But I'm okay with doing his more simple ones, heh.

Cool. I imagine the Buster Sword, at most, would weigh maybe 60 lbs, so working with at least that much weight a few times week should help you out a lot. Like Goku with extreme gravity training, heh. Work with lots of weight and then lesser weights will seem like nothing.

It's more a FF VII Game style, a dark navy. xD Plus, that way I can have an excuse for the shorter ponytail.
