So after some thinking and planning, I decided to cut the Rocket Punch idea from my Barret costume. It's a good idea (an alternate weapon) that I will use in future photos, but for Kumoricon it will just be too much of a hassle. So, in a way, I've made some progress on my costume.

And Kumoricon is officially taking way too friggin long to get here, lol.

Fall term for me doesn't start until late September. You know...when fall starts.

Once again, Kumoricon's feeling like it's TOO soon at this point. I only have 2 weeks to publicize my tournaments and try to scrounge up the equipment I need.

I can understand the other side of it. For those who have a lot to do, there's not enough time. For me though, who has nothing much to do at the moment, my time just seems to be crawling on sluggishly. I'm sure I'll find something to do soon though (Dissidia, maybe?).

For me it seems to be coming both too quick and too slow. I want enough time to finish the touch-ups on costumes, but I also want it to just start~ >w<
On the other hand, that means that my Sun River Trip will have come and gone, as well as my last time to see my friend for another six months. T_T PLUS I will have had to finish my analytical essay on Lord of the Flies. >> ;;

Don't worry Sabata, even if you have to sew them on the morning before the kumoricon, I bet it'll still look great.
And it isn't weird to have your mom sew your cosplays, because my momma helps me all the time!
