We're going for reg and then going home and checking in the next day. We live like 30 mins from there but to me it's worth it. Then again you live all the way in washington don't cha?

I only live about twenty minutes away, but I still am staying Friday night through Sunday night in the hotel. It is a necessary part of my con experience, staying in the hotel. It just adds to that community feeling that I love.

I enjoy it as well, but sadly, I couldn't this year. -.- If it was a cheaper hotel it would have been nicer. :/

I only live an hour + 15 mins away. Gonna go day zero to check in, that way we won't have 2 wake up super early on Sat!

Yeah, I think when they announced the Hilton last year, they said it was going to be the location for the '09 and '10 conventions. I think I remember hearing that anyway.

YAY, i got my cloak done (just in time) i got my ring. (thanks to andrea for the tip) my hair is dyed. and i have a death note, red tie, dress shirt, and pants for light. i think i'm ready besides the under clothing for sasori

I haven't started packing yet, but I did get a lint roller today so I can de-fuzz my costume, lol. Cat hair...it gets everywhere!

Tomorrow I will do laundry and then pack up! Only a little over a day to go!

The Mock Battle is Saturday around 3:00pm, in the Fountain Plaza (where we hung out at Early Con). You don't have to go just for the sake of helping out with filming, but if you do plan to go and aren't busy, it would be nice to have your help. ^_^

i got grounded today because i was up till on my computer. but then my mom was all like, "sigh. you've been a good kid lately, and your con is coming up so you have to stay in touch with people. just don't let it happen again."
and i got the buttons sewn onto my coat, and the heming done. ima ready for k-con!
