Titus, I posted on your other thread that I could help you. Or, if you just want to do it yourself, just cut a little at a time. Trying it on here and there, to make sure you're getting the right length.
Steely, I find Freeze spray works the best for that kind of stuff. You can either use a moose to prestyle it and then spray, or just spray it and style with your hands while it's drying.
Nikki, I can't see the pic right now, but I will when I get home. But you could probably even just get a while wig and mix in some blue dye. Or, I think a cool effect would be a blue wig and add glitter. Gives it that shine and silver effect. And you could even add glitter to other parts of your outfit to make it tie in better.
