I said earlier in the thread to bring whatever you'll thing you will need. And of course, bring a lunch if you are planning to stay for lunchies.
And I figured it would go as long as it went, since people tend to hang out places longer then it goes at most of the meetups I go to. But if I had to set a time, 2.

I tried to do an update. Everyone post if I forgot you and I'll add you ASAP.

Also my boyfriend is not going to come with me now. He decided to make camping plans and decided I was going along too. But fret not, I told him to shove it in a loving way and I'll still be coming. But this leaves us with less blankets and no umbrella now since I lack a car. So anyone who can bring extra blankets would be ballin'.

Also, please excuse my scatter brained organizing and lack of doing things quickly. I'm going to school full time, working two part time jobs, and work way too long on my homework so that leaves less time then desired to plan this. But I'm going to try my best to make sure that this is fun for everyone.

I was thinking we should get some games going on though! Maybe have a Pokemon tag game where we throw a soft ball at each other like a Pokeball and if you get hit you are out. Or hide and seek would be cute too! Any other ideas are welcome! I'll try to plan those out for us, though all I could participate in would be Hide and Seek, I'm in fear of flashing people in my costume, haha.

i like the dodge ball idea but to make it better sence we have trainers they can be the ones to throw the "pokeballs" and if you are hit you are caught.

If we weren't in cosplay I would soooo suggest the version of hide and seek called Sardines. It's so fun!!!

Also, if anyone has cards there's like, 5,000 card games that could be played if folks get tired of running around. =) Plus, I adore hide and seek... might be hard with my bulb though, darn thing protruding from my back. >>;

The only thing I'd be worried about with games like hide and seek, tag, and dodge ball is that we do not become a public disturbance. ^^

I agree, though I'm not sure how big of a disturbance we can cause since we are in a park. We would be moving far away from the Veterans Memorial though. And I think Hide and see would be cute since you could see parts of our Pokemon costumes poking out XD Also, for dodgeball/tag one rule would be SOFT THROWS.

Me as Hayley. I finally got the shirt (well, *A* shirt anyway)! Now I need to get the vest assembled and picked up, and find a way to tint my sunglasses.

Yes they are soft so i dont think they would hurt at all if we decided to play a little pokemon dodge ball

And as far as I know Doofer isn't coming, or at least she hasn't posted in this thread.

Also, looks like we're going to have a lovely sunny day on the 22nd with highs at 78 degrees and with a 0% chance of precipitation. I was really worried we were going to get rained on so I'm glad the weather looks good. But remember kids, umbrellas and sunscreen!

You were worried about rain? I was worried about it being 90+ degrees while we were wearing cosplay! Makeup + Wig + Accessories = not fun in hot weather.

So I am verrrry happy that it's just gonna be 78... and the 0 chance of rain is cool too. >w>;

SUNSCREEEEEEEN!!!!!!!! This is really important, I must remember it. x_X; I will also be bringing sunscreen with me (but I don't have a lot so try and remember your own) so if anyone does need some - ask! Better to ask than be burned.

I'm going to be leaving early. At first my mom said that staying until 1 would be fine, but now she's changed it to noon. I'm pushing for 12:30, but we'll see.
