January General Meeting
When: January 14, 2006 12 pm-3pm
Where: Chemeketa College, 4000 Lancaster Dr. NE, Salem OR 97309
What: General Staff meeting, followed by anime party with our friends, Etherguild.

About the Meeting
As you may have noticed, there will be no general meeting in the month of December, due to conflicts with school schedules and holidays.

The January meeting will allow all staff to touch base after the long holiday break. Come with updates and motivation. People will be able to register at the meeting, and fill any staff positions that may still be available. We are always looking for volunteers, as well.

The meeting will be followed by an anime party with lots of viewing and other anime related fun! The fun starts directly following the meeting, and runs till 10 pm. Feel free to cosplay, and invite friends who might not yet be staff/volunteers.

Volunteer Opportunity
The Etherguild is working with us to give us meeting space in Salem, keeping most of the Executive staff from having to drive an extra hour. So, in kind, I would love to see staffers and volunteers there at 10 am to help with set up for the event. Please PM guspasho if you are interested in helping out.

The next general meeting will be held in the US Bank room of the Portland Central Library on Saturday, November 12th, from 3:30 to 5:30. We will search out new staff and volunteers here. If you want to get involved or would like to stay in touch, please attend. The available positions are posted in the “Get Involved” link off the main page. Please speak with the appropriate director if you are interested.

We will discuss the progress of each department, allow for panel/event suggestion sign up, and announce General Meeting dates into the next year. Also, we will possibly be viewing the hotel area, for those who are interested. (This is not yet confirmed, and space may be limited.)
