The July general meeting will be held on Saturday, July 13, at 1:00pm, at:

This July meeting is the second-to-last meeting to register as staff for Kumoricon 2013, and the last meeting to guarantee listing in the staff credits in the program book. After the August 4 general meeting, people who have not completed their staff registrations may volunteer at the convention but won't be considered staff. Don't wait until the last minute!

General meetings are open to the public. Learn more about staffing and volunteer opportunities and get involved with the planning of Kumoricon. Bring your friends, too!

There has also been a change to the tentative date of the annual meeting and elections. The tentative date has been moved to Sep. 29 (the old date was Sep. 21). As always, formal notice for each upcoming meeting will be given closer to the date, and dates may change until we have listed a location. The most up-to-date meeting schedule for the 2013 convention year will always be listed on the meetings page.
