Contests and Events
Some documents on this page are PDF files requiring Adobe Reader. Some are also provided in Microsoft Word 97-2003 format. All downloadable files are marked with their file type.
Many of these PDF files are forms which can be filled out using Adobe Reader. You can print the finished form and either send it by postal mail or scan it and email it. Please note that you cannot save a filled form as a file using Adobe Reader. If you are using Adobe Reader version 6 or earlier, you can still print the forms, but you cannot click “Print Form”; you must instead select “Print” from the “File” menu. For some forms, if you would like to email them without printing them, you can download the Word version and fill in the fields and save and email the updated document.
Cosplay Contest
Cosplay Contest Entry Form [fillable PDF | DOC] – For groups or individuals entering the Cosplay Contest. Email by August 25 or print and mail by August 21 for pre-registration or hand in to the Cosplay Manager at the convention.
Karaoke Contest
Karaoke Contest Rules – The Kumoricon Karaoke Contest is an exciting and entertaining vocal competition featuring your favorite anime, J-pop, and video game songs.

Cosplay Chess
Information and Rules – Come see your favorite characters battle it on a giant chessboard stage! Cosplay Human Chess is an event where convention attendees in cosplay serve as the pieces, and at the direction of two chess masters, will move, fight and die live on stage. The combats are not pre-scripted—anything can happen!

Mascot 2009 and Cover 2008 Contests
The contests for the mascot for 2009, and the covers of the program book and pocket programming book for 2008, are open. Entries must be received by Sunday, July 6, 2008, at 11:59pm. Please read the entire rules and instructions for entry in this forum thread.
